Your territory will include boutique retailers in TX, AR, LA, MS, and OK, where you’ll be selling the best-known brand of girls’ hair accessories, Wee Ones™! You’ll enjoy selling our award-winning product line known for quality and innovation while being supported by the most amazing team and our beautiful showroom in the Dallas Market Center. The role is a mix of serving customers in our corporate showroom in Dallas, traveling to customers and prospects in your territory, and regular email, phone and virtual communication to qualify prospects and serve existing customers. You will be based out of your home office but will have access to work from the Dallas showroom at any time. Some overnight travel is required, and weekend work is also required during scheduled markets. We will accept applications from applicants living anywhere in the Territory. However, the DFW metro area is the ideal location for this position, and applicants in this area will be given preference. Successful candidates will possess the following experience and skills: - College Education (associate’s degree or above). - 2+ years’ experience in field sales with proven track record of existing account growth, prospecting, and opening new accounts. Experience selling in a showroom and/or trade show environment is a plus. - Passion for fashion – especially children’s fashion. - Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with ability to effectively work with various levels of an organization. - Self-motivated with strong time-management skills. - Solid technical skills that enable you to learn new systems as well as leverage basic technology to work more efficiently. - Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve results, providing weekly activity report to Sales Director. - The ability to travel on regular basis to nurture current account relationships and acquire new accounts to increase Wee Ones market share within assigned territory. - Work collaboratively with home office team to provide exceptional service. Licenses - Driver's License and Clean Driving Record Required Technical Skills - Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel Required - Capable of learning internal systems - Strong math skills including calculating percentages, discounts and margins Schedule - Remote, Full Time Monday-Friday - Dallas Showroom during 7-10 Buyer’s Markets annually.
